Tour 16 - sightseeing transfer from Budapest to Prague with 3 hours stop in Vienna and 2 hours in Cesky Krumlov
The trip between Budapest and Prague with stops in Vienna and Cesky Krumlov is very demanding tour and also really rewarding. The full day trip takes at least 12 hours, and includes 2.5 hours driving between Prague and Cesky Krumlov, almost 3 hours transfer between Cesky Krumlov and Vienna and then another 2.5 hours taxi ride between Vienna and Budapest. Usually the trip takes even longer, we do stops during the drives. Whether the stops are for restrooms, cigarettes or stretching legs, the stops are free of charge and is already included in the price of the scenic transfer. Cesky Krumlov as well as Vienna are both beautiful cities and it would be a shame to miss the chance to visit them. The trip however is quite hectic and we have easier options on the list of the scenic transfers.
The sightseeing taxi from Prague to Budapest via Cesky Krumlov and Vienna is available daily. It has to be booked in advance. Due to the safety of the driver and the passenger, the tours starting in Budapest have to be booked at least 2 days in advance. We have to arrange accommodation for the driver in Budapest . The driver has to arrive to Budapest on the eveing prior the pick up day.
Traveling from Budapest to Prague via Vienna, Cesky Krumlov
8:00 pick up in Budapest
10:30 arrival to Vienna, 3 hours sightseeing, it is recommended to have lunch in Vienna center
13:30 leave Vienna towards Cesky Krumlov
16:30 arrival to Cesky Krumlov, 2 hours sightseeing
18:30 departure from Cesky Krumlov, transfer to Prague
21:00 arrival to Prague
Pick up points in Budapest:
At the hotel: the driver will meet you at the hotel lobby
At the apartment: the driver will be waiting in front of the building
At the river cruise: we can collect you from the river cruise ship docks. Specify the name of the ship and if possible landmark near which the ship docks. E.g. Marriott Hotel Budapest, Chain Bridge or pier number.
Other: to be agreed
In Cesky Krumlov and Vienna: the driver will agree with you where to meet, when you finish your tour of Cesky Krumlov; if you carry your cell phone, the driver will provide his direct number so you can amend the pick up time and location anytime.
Pricing:
Prices includes VAT, diesel, wage of the driver, car rental, all fees and taxes. The tip for the driver is not included, however the driver will never seek for the tip. Tipping is voluntary. The payment can be done in CZK, EUR, USD or credit card. The credit card payment is made in Czech currency according to current payment policy.
